Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Reflex Storm: Pulse Align ("we", "our", or "the App") handles user information, gameplay data, analytics data, advertising data, and device data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how the App works.

Offline-first and transparent access: Reflex Storm: Pulse Align is primarily an offline gameplay experience. We do not maintain custom backend servers, and your high score and leaderboard data is stored locally on your device.

1. Information We Collect

Because the App operates primarily on your device, our direct collection of personal information is limited. The App and the third-party services integrated into it may access, collect, or process the following data:

  • Local high scores and leaderboards: Your game scores, high scores, levels reached, and combo statistics are processed and saved in the App's local database on your device. This data is not uploaded to or stored outside your device by us.
  • Device state and network connectivity: The App checks your internet connection and network state to display interface assets and determine internet availability. This information is processed on your device.
  • Analytics and app activity: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App, such as app opens, sessions, gameplay progress, level activity, reward interactions, and general feature usage. Analytics data helps us improve gameplay, stability, rewards, and future features.
  • Advertising and device identifiers: The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), which may collect or access device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app activity, approximate location derived from network information, diagnostics, and ad interaction data to provide ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and improve ad delivery.
  • Diagnostics and performance information: Third-party services may collect crash, performance, and diagnostic information to help identify technical issues and improve app reliability.

2. Third-Party Services

The App may use trusted third-party software libraries. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies:

  • Google Play Services: Used to run supporting system utilities on Android devices. Google Play Services may collect identifiers to provide device services. For more information, review the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): The App uses ads to support development and keep gameplay accessible. AdMob may access device identifiers, advertising IDs, or approximate location information based on your network IP address to serve non-personalized or personalized ads, depending on your device settings. Learn more in the Google Advertising Privacy Policy.
  • Firebase Analytics: The App uses Firebase Analytics to measure app usage and gameplay behavior. Firebase Analytics may collect app-instance identifiers, device information, app activity, session information, and analytics events. Learn more in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. How We Use Data

We use collected or processed data for the following purposes:

  • App functionality: To run gameplay, save local progress, show rewarded ads, and maintain core game features.
  • Analytics: To understand app usage, level progression, retention, and feature performance.
  • Advertising and marketing: To show ads, measure ad performance, and support rewarded ad features.
  • Fraud prevention, security, and compliance: To detect abuse, prevent invalid ad traffic, and comply with platform requirements.
  • App improvement: To improve stability, gameplay balance, rewards, and future content.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared with third-party service providers such as Google Play Services, Firebase Analytics, and Google Mobile Ads as needed to provide analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and app functionality. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and service terms.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Analytics and advertising data handled by Google services is retained according to Google's applicable policies and settings.

6. Data Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of privacy-related data associated with your use of Reflex Storm: Pulse Align by emailing us at contact@micronstars.com. Please include the app name and a short description of your request.

The App does not create user accounts and does not store your local scores or leaderboard data on our servers. Local gameplay data can be deleted directly from your device by clearing the App's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the App.

For deletion requests involving data processed by Google services such as Firebase Analytics or Google Mobile Ads, we will review the request and provide guidance based on the data available to us and Google's applicable retention and deletion controls. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform reporting obligations.

7. Children's Privacy

We care about children's privacy and do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

  • Any contextual or non-personalized ads delivered inside the App are intended to follow applicable Google Play Families Policy standards where those standards apply.
  • If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Android Permissions

To run reliably and support ad-based features, the App requests the following Android permissions:

  • android.permission.INTERNET: Allows the App to access web resources needed to display ads and related content.
  • android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Allows the App to check whether an active network connection is available before requesting ad content.
  • com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID: Allows supported Google services and advertising SDKs to access the Android advertising ID when available, for advertising, analytics, measurement, and fraud prevention purposes.

9. Your Choices and Controls

Since gameplay data is stored locally, you control your records. You can:

  • Clear local data: Clear local leaderboards, settings, and high scores by using your Android system settings to clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
  • Manage advertising preferences: Adjust your device's ad settings, such as opting out of personalized ads or resetting your advertising ID, from your Android or Google settings.
  • Control permissions and data: Use your Android system settings to manage app permissions, clear app storage, or uninstall the App.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page or its public hosting link. We recommend reviewing this document periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices.
